ClubMulwala is situated overlooking Lake Mulwala with views of the iconic bridge between Yarrawonga and Mulwala. Known as the ‘Region’s Premier Club’ we specialise in affordable, quality dining and excellent customer service. Our Casual Dining facility provides a comprehensive a la Carte Menu at Breakfast Lunch & Dinner 7 days a week. Stonegrill is our Fine Dining restaurant which offers a unique experience for our guests. Our Hospitality service extends to a range of Functions and Events held throughout the year.
Be a part of a high performing, well established team that will take the Club into the future with a complete Kitchen refurbishment and renovated Dining space opening in the coming months.
This position will suit those ready for a step up, someone enthusiastic and innovative and ready to enjoy being a part of something great.
Successful applicants will possess the following key selection criteria:
* Must have relevant trade qualifications and/or experience
* Clear understanding of Food Safety Guidelines
* Strong work ethic and a passion for food
* Thrive in a fast paced high-volume kitchen
* Self motivated, passionate and driven
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekend and evening shifts.
