Restaurant & Catering Supervisor

The Club has an opportunity available for an experienced, dedicated and customer focused Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time) to come on board ASAP. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing food service in our busy dining and catering departments and leading an experienced team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.

The Restaurant & Catering Supervisor will lead our catering service teams with a focus on overseeing the operation of Diggers Bistro. The role will also oversee catering and dining services in three function rooms and Clubmulwala Stonegrill Restaurant.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all operations in the Dining areas
Directing staff to ensure efficient food service
Ensure systems and processes are utilised to ensure quality service
The ability to understand, deliver and enforce policies and procedures
Confidence to make decisions and to bring a professional approach and attitude to your duties
Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for members and guests which includes a superior level of customer service
Liase with Managers and staff to ensure a cohesive operation.

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess the following skills:

Proven effective experience as a leader and motivator
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Exemplary leadership and organisation skills
Experience in a Hospitality environment an advantage

This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team. The position is Full Time and will include some Evening and Weekend work.
