Mulwala & District Services Club Ltd, trading as ClubMulwala ("ClubMulwala", "the Club", "we", "us" or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our members, guests, visitors and customers.

The personal information you provide to ClubMulwala may be used in connection with your membership, enquiries, bookings, purchases, participation in Club activities and promotions, and other dealings you may have with the Club.
Personal information we collect may include your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, membership details and information relating to your interactions and transactions with ClubMulwala.
Personal information, including information obtained as a result of using your membership card in gaming or other Club systems (excluding ATMs), may be used by the Club for the administration of membership, operation of member benefits and rewards, marketing purposes, improving our services and providing information about Club services, events, offers and promotions.

Where the App requires access to location when the App is not actively in use or is closed, ClubMulwala will seek the appropriate permission from you through your device and/or the App before that access occurs.
You can choose whether to allow the App to access your location and can change or withdraw location permissions at any time through the settings on your mobile device. Disabling location services may mean that some location-based App features are unavailable or do not function as intended.
ClubMulwala will only use location information for the purposes disclosed to you and in accordance with the permissions you have provided.
With your permission, the App may send push notifications relating to Club news, member information, benefits, rewards, events, promotions, offers and other relevant Club services.
You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through the notification settings on your mobile device and, where available, within the App.
ClubMulwala and its service providers may collect information about how the App is accessed and used. This may include device type, operating system, App version, device identifiers, usage information, diagnostic information and information about App performance.
This information may be used to maintain the App, monitor performance, identify and resolve technical issues, improve App functionality and user experience, and protect the security and integrity of ClubMulwala's systems.
ClubMulwala may engage third-party service providers to develop, host, maintain and support the App and to provide services such as analytics, communications, notifications, membership integration and other technical functionality.
These providers may process information on ClubMulwala's behalf to the extent necessary to provide those services.
ClubMulwala takes reasonable steps to ensure third parties handling personal information on its behalf maintain appropriate privacy and security protections.
Certain App features require your permission before information such as your device location or notification settings can be accessed.
You may decline these permissions or subsequently withdraw them using your device settings. Some App features may not operate, or may have reduced functionality, if the relevant permission is not provided.
You have the right to request access to personal information ClubMulwala holds about you and to request correction of information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.
You may also contact ClubMulwala to request deletion of personal information or App-related information, subject to any information the Club is required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, security, membership or legitimate administrative purposes.
Where the App provides for the creation of an App account, information about requesting deletion of that account and associated personal information will be made available through the App or ClubMulwala's nominated account-management process.
ClubMulwala retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide Club services, to administer membership, or as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
When personal information is no longer required, ClubMulwala will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
