To become a member all your need to do is:
On your first visit to ClubMulwala just come to the Reception, complete a Membership Application (You will need I.D. and your $5 in cash or EFTPOS) and you will be provided with a Membership Card.

1. Download and fill in an application form

2. Return your completed form along with your payment details and photo identification to us.
You can email your application to reception@clubmulwala.com.au
Or deliver it to our reception staff.
Following approval of your membership application, your membership card will be available for collect at our Club Reception.
Memberships are valid for the Financial Year. Our Renewal period commences in May each year. Current Members will receive a personalised email at that time to renew online or at Reception. If the Membership is not renewed during this period it will expire and a new Membership application will need to be completed on your next visit or via post (see above).
Membership Year: 1st July to 30th June.
1 Year Membership = $5

Please note that copies of identification (including signature) are required with all mailed application forms. A requirement of the Registered Clubs Act is that proof of your identity and your age must be forwarded with your application. These details will be subject to our privacy policy.
