Nominations are invited on and from Friday, 11th September 2026 for the following positions: • 3 x Directors
Nominations must be in writing and comply with the Club’s Constitution/By-Laws and any relevant directions given by the Returning Officer.

Candidates and nominators must satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Rule 47 and 48 (a) of the Club’s Constitution.

LODGEMENT OF NOMINATIONS
Nominations must be received by the Returning Officer, no later than 12:00 noon Thursday, 1st October 2026.
A nomination cannot be withdrawn after this time and any defect must be rectified before this time.
If the election is contested a draw to determine the order of candidates’ names on the ballot paper will be conducted at Bradbury NSW at 10:00am Saturday, 3rd October 2026.

PRE-NOMINATION MEETING
A pre-nomination meeting will be held at the club at 7:00pm on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026.
Nomination committee interviews will be conducted from 6pm Friday 2nd October 2026.
Candidates to be notified.

VOTING AT CLUB
If an election is necessary, voting will be conducted at the Club and at the following times:
• Thursday, 15th October 2026 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Friday, 16th October 2026 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Saturday, 17th October 2026 9:00am to 3:00pm
Members will need to show their current signed membership card to receive a ballot paper.

METHOD OF VOTING
The method of voting will be First Past the Post using crosses. Members must vote for the exact number to be elected, for their vote to count.
