We proudly announce our December Employees of the Month Bria Seamer and Tom Madigi, and Tom Tabain who received an acknowledgement award.
Bria Seamer works in the Boomerang Bar at the club and has settled into the role exceptionally well since starting. She consistently goes above and beyond in her duties, demonstrates strong leadership when needed, and has become a key member of the Boomerang Bar team. Bria is a very deserving winner of the Employee of the Month award. Congratulations and well done, Bria!
Tomasi Madigi is a breath of fresh air. He comes to work every day with a positive, can-do attitude and a great level of energy that lifts those around him. It’s hard not to smile when you’re around Tom. What has really stood out recently is his approach to the opening of the new bistro/café area. Tom took it on head-on with enthusiasm and positivity. Nothing is ever a problem for him, and he consistently shows a willingness to help and get the job done. Well Done Tom you are a great asset to ClubMulwala.
Tom has been a great asset to the maintenance team. He always has a tool in hand and is ready to tackle any project head-on. Tom consistently takes initiative and is always looking for ways to improve things around the club. With his knowledge, skills, and strong work ethic, he is a valued member of the team and definitely a star in our eyes.
