We proudly announce our January Employee of the Month Sharni Resuggan, and Gurmeert Kaur and Barb Patterson who received acknowledgement awards. 

Sharni Resuggan:

Sharni is always a pleasure to work with and be around. She brings a positive, can-do attitude and is always looking for ways to improve Essenza and help drive the business forward.

Over the Christmas and holiday period, Sharni worked an exceptional number of hours without complaint, showing her strong commitment to the business. She has also recently started helping out at the Club and has been fantastic there as well. Whether she is working behind the bar or in the bistro, nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

Gurmeet Kaur:

Gurmeet started at the club just before the busy Christmas period and has done exceptionally well in her role. She is driven, polite, and always brings a positive attitude to work.

Recently, Gurmeet has learned the Stonegrill section of the kitchen, and when rostered in this area, service has run exceptionally smoothly. This is a credit to Gurmeet and the hard work she puts in every day. 👏

Barb Patterson:

Barb is a versatile staff member who can be relied on in any area of the club. She excels in preparing the delicious and beautifully presented food displayed in the café cabinet each day, taking great pride in her work. Barb has embraced this role wholeheartedly and is always positive and eager to help wherever needed.
