The Members $20k Extravaganza will be drawn on Sunday 4th June. There will be live entertainment before and after the draws which commence at 3pm, plus the 2 course roast special in Diggers for lunch & dinner, bar specials, and Stonegrill open for Dinner. Enjoy!

Starting on Tuesday 11th April all financial members are eligible to earn entries into our Members $20,000 Extravaganza drawn on Sunday 4th June 2023.
Entry is available at the following areas of the Club; Diggers Bistro, Stonegrill Restaurant, and all bars within the Club.  (Not available at Oriental Pearl).

GENERAL DETAILS / HOW TO ENTER

Financial Members will receive 1 entry ticket for a spend of $10 or more in one transaction (to a maximum of 5 entries per transaction), which will be automatically printed with their Membership number at the point of sale.

Entrants are responsible for placing the ticket in the barrel provided, and must be present at the Club on 4th June to claim their prize. 

Entries will cease at 2.30pm on Sunday 4th June.  The draw will commence at 3pm (10 draws of $2000 each 10 minutes from 3pm to 4.30pm).  Winners will have 4 minutes to claim their prize and can win multiple times.  Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn immediately until claimed.

Maximum of 5 entry tickets per transaction and members can enter multiple times during the promotion.

Entry can be be earnt from opening of trade on Monday 11 April 2023 until the close of the promotion at 2.30pm on Sunday 4th June 2023.

DRAWING DATE AND TIMES

At 3.00pm on Sunday 4 June the drawing of winners will take place until all prizes have been claimed.

Entrants must be present to win and have 4 minutes to identify themselves and claim their prize. Any unclaimed prize will be redrawn immediately, until all prizes have been won.

The $20,000 promotion will be made up of 10 prize draws all for cash, in the form of a crossed Club Cheque. The Club has a no cashing of cheque policy.  Alternatively by EFT if requested by the winner.

Prizes are: 10 x $2,000

HOW A PERSON ENTERS

Every time a Financial Member spends $10 or more in one transaction at any of the Club's food or bar POS they will receive 1 entry ticket per $10 spend, to a maximum of 5 entries per one transaction. The Member is to fill in their details and place in the barrel provided.

HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED

A barrel draw takes place in the main lounge on Sunday 4th June 2022 from 3.00pm . Drawn entrants must be on premises and present and identify themselves within 4 minutes to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes will be redrawn immediately.

OPENING & CLOSING DATE OF PROMOTION

From opening of Trade on Tuesday 11 April until 2.30pm on Sunday 4th June 2023

WINNERS ANNOUNCED

As entrants must be present to claim their prize within 4 minutes, winners will be announced immediately. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn immediately

a Entry is open to all Current Financial Members

b 1 entry for each spend of $10 in 1 transaction to a maximum of 5 entries per transaction.

c The promotion is from opening time on 11/04/23 to 2.30pm on 04/06/23

d Members are responsible for placing their entry tickets into the barrel provided

e Entry tickets are non transferable

f Members must be on premises, have 4 minutes to present and identify themselves to claim their win.

g Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn immediately

h All prizes will be for cash in the form of a crossed Club Cheque

i Club Cheques cannot be cashed as the Club has a no cheque cashing policy.

l All directors and Staff of ClubMulwala are ineligible to win.
