We require a dynamic person to join our Functions and Catering team.  The team is responsible for coordinating all our events and functions and liasing closely with the Restaurant, Bar, Resort and Entertainment departments. The successful candidate will be passionate about their job, highly organised and able to lead by example.  This position will include evening and weekend work as required.
