The Club boasts an enviable Executive team and dynamic, proactive Board of Directors who have a strategic vision for the business with community values at the core.

Reporting to the CEO, the People & Culture role will encompass all related aspects of all staff and compliance, whilst understanding legal compliance and ensuring community expectations are met.

Additionally, you will be at the forefront of influencing People & Culture policy and play a key role in monitoring and managing the club’s staffing and policy.
