Rachael Adams was awarded Employee of the Year 2025 in recognition of her nearly 10 years of dedicated service to ClubMulwala and her outstanding growth within the organisation. Over this time, Rachael has developed into a strong, knowledgeable, and highly respected Food and Beverage Supervisor. She consistently demonstrates genuine care for her role, her team, and the club, often taking great pride and personal responsibility in everything she does. It has been a pleasure to watch Rachael grow, develop, and succeed, and her commitment and passion make her a truly deserving recipient of this award.
Eliana Martin was awarded the Colin Scott Award in 2025 in recognition of her outstanding growth, dedication, and versatility as a team member. Having started with the club at just 15 or 16 years of age, Eliana has continually matured into a reliable, committed, and hardworking employee. Each year she demonstrates noticeable improvement, embracing new challenges, learning across multiple departments, and overcoming personal fears along the way. Eliana’s willingness to help wherever needed and her positive attitude make her an invaluable and versatile team member, and a very deserving recipient of this award.
